Job Description - Training Assistant Manager

What is this role about?
The role is responsible for enhancing the capability and effectiveness of SEAOIL's station personnel by developing, designing, and implementing comprehensive training programs forbranded retail stations personnel focused on product knowledge, customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

What will YOU do?

  • Facilitate effective basic station operations training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and a thorough understanding of job responsibilities

  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new branded retail station personnel with the company's history, values, and customer service expectations
  • Provide hands-on training for station personnel on station operations and procedures
  • Implement customer service training initiatives to elevate the customer experience at retail stations

  • Monitor and assess customer interactions by providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance service quality
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the performance of station personnel by conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all training programs address compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines by facilitating the coordination of safety and environmental training required by the government

What will YOU need?

  • At least 3 years of relevant employment experience in developing and designing comprehensive training programs and materials
  • Must be aware of industry best practices, trends, and technological advancements to incorporate relevant training modules
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do field work and immersion
