What is your mission?

  • Creates and executes the strategy and delivery plan for the development of all leaders including high potential employees
  • Supports the organization's Talent Review, Succession Planning and Continuous Development by developing programs that narrow competency gaps
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to our leaders
  • Evaluates, and monitors the performance and quality standards of Leaders
  • Manages resources and schedules for delivery of all programs and projects
  • Oversees and manages the internal development of leaders and high potential employees
  • Performs training needs analysis
  • Tracks course feedback for relevance and impact. Makes recommendations to Manager on changes to existing programs or development of new courses.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with other training department staff or external resources to conduct training on specific subject matters
  • Ensures Training Evaluation is conducted for every training done
  • Interacts with Leaders throughout the organization to assess impact and needs
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least two (2) years in college
  • Experience in conducting Leadership Training and/or Product Specific Training for at least 3 years
  • 3+ years prior experience in developing policies, process documentation, training and communication materials
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis
  • Above average English oral and written communication skills is a must
  • Strong Facilitation skills using Adult Learning Theories
  • Ability to design modules catering to all types of learners
  • Ability to measure training results using participant’s Reaction, Learning, Behavior and ROI
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to identify training opportunities
  • Strong Client liaison skills particularly on Learning and Development
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts
  • Candidates must be willing to be based in Ortigas
