Job Description - Training Manager

Work setup: Hybrid setup in Cebu City

Industry: BPO

Role Requirements:

A college degree is required, preferably in Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communications, or Education.
At least 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in the BPO or contact center setting
With experience leading process trainers, Assistant Managers, and Lead Assistant Managers.
Must have experience facilitating training sessions, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and creating action plans to address knowledge or performance gaps.
Experience in an insurance campaign is a strong advantage.
