Training Manager - (Temporary WFH)

WindshieldHUB is a leading name in on-demand services across the US, known for its commitment to excellence in customer service. We are expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative who is not just adept at handling customer queries but also possesses a knack for sales. Based in the Philippines, this remote role is crucial for maintaining and elevating our brand's value by providing exceptional service and converting service calls into booking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
• Design and implement training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Continuing education, program specific training, and other training as needed by the business
• Ensure successful execution of both local and international training needs including resource planning, and measuring program training effectiveness
• Monitor and ensure completion of daily training administrative work such as tracking of employee data, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner
• Progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations

Skills and Qualities Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of Training experience in a Customer Service setting is a MUST
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of managerial experience in Training
• Willing to work onsite within Metro Manila
• Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables
• Detail-oriented
