Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati as a Training Program Manager.
In this role you will design, coordinate, and support the banks technology capability and career development programs across all technology roles. You will lead competency mapping, learning pathways, and training initiatives in partnership with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to enable enterprise technology transformation, strengthen talent pipelines, and advance leadership readiness.

What the role will entail
Lead enterprise technology competency mapping across engineering, architecture, data, QA, product, cybersecurity, and platform roles, and support the definition of skill progression and career pathways with HR and technology leaders.
Translate competency gaps into structured learning journeys, certifications, and development priorities aligned to business and transformation goals.
Develop and coordinate the Technology Training Program Plan, including skills roadmaps, certifications, timelines, and the rollout of technical, leadership, and role-based training programs.
Support TechStart programs, Tech Academy learning tracks, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines and future-ready technology leaders.
Coordinate with vendors, learning institutions, and internal academies to ensure external programs align with internal capability frameworks and governance standards.
Track and report on mandatory governance, risk, and compliance training completion, while maintaining dashboards on participation, certifications, competency gaps, and program outcomes for HR and technology leadership.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in either Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
At least 5 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Technology Enablement roles
Working knowledge of technology roles and skills, including engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and agile practices.
Experience coordinating learning or capability programs and managing external vendors.
Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and execution skills.
