Transition Manager

Qualifications:
Graduate in any field
Project Management certifications preferred (Prince2 / PMP)


Skills:
Must be proficient in Advanced MS Office (Excel. Word, Power Point)
Excellent written & verbal communication
Proactive approach and results focused
Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result
Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses
and develop actionable recommendation
Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones
Knowledge/Experience:
5+ years of experience in a project management or transition management role
Proven track record of running large projects
Experience in insurance / broking or financial services industry will be added advantage
