Responsibilities:
-Liaise across different departments with regard to the company’s transition activities and needs
-Deliver all transition management programs in line with an efficient and effective scheme suitable to the needs of the project; Manage the process through best practice methodology and schematics (Risk Analytics, Cost Saving Measures, Issue Resolution, Performance Review and Compliance)
-Formulate and devise project schematic plans and tools to ensure a smooth transition process; Oversee and serve as transitions champion for multiple programs across different sites.
-Operationalize the transition process upon proper dissemination of the changes to directly concerned departments; and provide necessary project reviews, suggestions and proposals should the need arise
-Manage the cost expenditures relevant to the transition process; And ensure that all costs are accorded and utilized in a manner that is relative to the project need
-Manage the day-to-day activities and roles of the transitions team and oversee the development and process of the projects and extend communication through reporting to stakeholders and other entities
QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
-Candidate must have at least 3 years of managerial experience in transition/migration processes
-Candidate must have a thorough know-how on transition processes and tools
