Transport Supervisor

Our client (Logistics Company) is looking for TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR to be assigned in South Hub Calamba Laguna.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree holder, no experience is required.
• College underguaduate, at least 3 years of experience in the field of logistics, warehousing or distribution
• Must be computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft office
• Must have good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in processing of shipments.

KEY TASKS:

• Liaises with shipper regarding their scheduled pick-up, packaging and documentary requirements.
• In-charge of preparing the supplies needed for shipment.
• In-charge of packaging inventory and supply requisition to World Courier Singapore.
• Checks and consolidates shipment documents to ensure smooth clearance to its destination.
• Coordinates with domestic agents on pick-up and delivery of courier shipments.
• Downloading/reading of temperature monitoring devices as required for all temperature-controlled shipments.
• Assists on pick-up and delivery of highly sensitive shipments.
• Acts as Back-up of CSR – Import.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Education:

• Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• in the field of logistics, warehousing or distribution.: 3 years (Preferred)
