• Serve as key point of contact for airline, hotel and transport partners
• Coordinate responses to flight disruptions
• Manage customer accounts and foster long-term relationships
• Develop new business opportunities
• Regularly work with external stakeholders
• Handle sales communications and proposals
• Perform admin tasks using Word, Excel and other platforms
• Work autonomously
• Working in tandem with the team to ensure all leads and potential business is followed up efficiently
• Develop working plans to meet targets
• Follow up corporate rate agreements
• Work with team to ensure simple and clear systems are implemented to successfully Manage the sales and implantation of any new business

• Background in airlines, hospitality, hotels or travel
