Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As Travel & Expense Specialist with Insight, you will be part of a dynamic team where customer service is key to success. This position performs expense report auditing, internal policy quality control, answer emails, Teams expense calls, department phones, dispute/error resolution and other duties as assigned in support of a high-volume Concur Travel and Expense team.

As a Travel & Expense Specialist, you will get to:

• Review and approve expense reports in Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, and improving policy adherence through T&E audits.
• Partner with the T&E team to resolve issues, clarify and address problems, research solutions, and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary.
• Act as a backup corporate card administrator, handling card applications, monitoring usage, resolving declined transactions, and providing customer support via email, phone, and Teams.
• Analyze expenses for potential fraud, waste, and abuse, prepare reports, process credit card transactions, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

We are looking for Travel & Expense Specialist with:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within accounting/finance role
• Experience with corporate card programs and processes is a plus
