Travel and Transportation Specialist

The objective of this role is to handle outbound and inbound BTRs with international/domestic airline and hotel booking, travel insurance, and visa application (if applicable) from different Business Units including Top Management.

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

• Accommodate and assist request from internal and external customers.
• Assist customer/team for other travel/transportation management related concerns.
• Manages the Repair and Maintenance of leased vehicles.
• Keep information strictly confidential as appropriate.
• Reliever for an on leave-team member

What You Need To Have:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in passport and Visa formalities
• Knowledgeable in handling travel arrangements via online and use of internet
• Knowledgeable in Philippines Transportation Guidelines and Policy as well as Government Attached Agencies
• Proficiency in Using Microsoft Excel

What Can Set You Apart:

• Global Distribution System (GDS) knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with PH Travel and Transportation Industry
