- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate on Airline Operation/Airport Management, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism/Travel.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle inbound calls related to flight reservations
- Adherence to account quality guidelines in providing resolution to customer concerns
- Demonstrate active listening and clear communication with customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate with or without experience
- For 2 year/Vocational course graduate and College undergraduate: Completed at least 2nd year in college with at least 1 year of BPO experience
- Airline industry experience is a plus but not required
- Conversant in English language
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig City (McKinley)
