Treasury Assistant

Job Summary:

Managing the financial and monetary aspects of the business, which includes cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily cashflow, forecasting and budgeting.


• Ensure funds availability prior to releasing checks.


• Preparation of check payments and scheduling release to vendors.


• Monitoring of foreign exchange rates.


• Preparation and maintain an accurate cash position report.


• Collaboration with vendors and banks.
  


• Assist in reviewing vendors contracts.


• Monitoring of debt and bank covenants.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years related work experience


• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability.


• Knowledge and understanding of the financial markets, the economics of the business, and the associated financial risks.


• Experience or ability to deal with banks and vendors. 


• In depth knowledge on forecasting and budgeting.


• Knowledgeable in interpreting contracts.


• Excellent knowledge in MS Office.


• Can work in a multi-cultural environment

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting


• Certified Public Accountant, an advantage but not required.
