Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage, monitor, and assist Philippine team members daily performance, attendance, and any administrative requirements
  

• Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members
  

• Coach, guide and train team members by providing creative ideas and solutions for
  

providing excellent customer service

• Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation, including reviewing the status and performance against targets, performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets
  

• Monitor and evaluate all processes and propose improvement to the customer to strive for high-quality service level commitments
  

• Create and manage daily and weekly reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the customer’s requirements
  

• Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes
  

• Acts as domain expert and assists with training and coaching of team members
  

• Initiate and review ACH/wire payments for client’s approval
  

• Help set up bank profile user logins
  

• Reconnect bank linkage feeds
  

• Help create, maintain, and execute operational processes and procedures
  

• Collect W9s and confirm wire instructions for new payees or vendors
  

• Generate bank statements and payment transaction reports
  

• Create and initiate vendor payments on bill.com
  

• Participate and partner with cross-functional teams on product related initiatives and
  

process improvements

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• 3-5 years of Treasury, payment processing, or banking services experience
  

• 3+ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws
  

• Understanding of Fund Administration is a plus
  

• Strong Excel knowledge and technical aptitude
  

• Must love problem solving and reconciling data
  

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  

• Intellectual curiosity with an appetite to constantly learn more
  

• Strong work ethic, organized, and high attention to detail
  

• Great communication and presentation skills
  

• Flexible to changes and can excel in a fast moving working culture
