We collect your name, address, employee number, job title/position, company/office, contact number, email address, and signature solely to facilitate action on the Violation of Corporate Governance Rules and/or Retaliation Protection report you have submitted. These are accessed by Corporate Governance Office who hold such information under strict confidentiality. These are retained while any of the involved parties is employed in Meralco and shall be disposed of accordingly thereafter.

The Treasury Office assesses, monitors, plans and manages the effective utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the requirements of the individual subsidiaries.

• Reviews and prepares daily cash position reports to determine daily cash requirements of each entity
• Prepares medium and long term cash flow forecasts
• Supports day to day fund transfers, foreign exchange purchases and payment transactions
• Creates and manages bank accounts and credit lines
• Reviews business plans/financial models to determine feasibility
• Analyzes and deploys excess cash to suitable investment outlets
• Provides recommendations/documentations for improvements in treasury processes and policies
• Creates and reviews treasury reports for senior management
• Performs other projects that may be assigned to the subsidiary treasury units

Qualifications:

• Must posses a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy; CPA and/or advance degree is an advantage
• With 8 to 10 years of work experience in Treasury and Financial Analyst function
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems a plus
• Comfortable working with and supporting all levels of staff
• Strong analytical aptitude and skills
• Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
