In this job you will:

• Support in treasury administration managing, including liquidity management, risk assessment and timely accounting and reconciliation of all transactions.
• The role focuses on daily disbursements, cash flow forecasting, cash position reporting, and bank management, leveraging SAP S/4HANA (HANA 4) and banking portals.
• Cash Management - Disbursements, Cash Position, Cash Flow Forecast
• Bank Management - Bank portal maintenance (user access, tokens), facilitate bank updating forms and support KYC document requests.
• SAP - Skilled in using SAP S/4 HANA
• Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards. Maintain integrity and accuracy in all treasury transactions.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Treasury or related fields
• Treasury Specialist with 3–5 years of treasury operations experience in an FSC/Shared Services environment, supporting Asia-Pacific entities
• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA Treasury (technical & functional aspects)
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel (lookups, pivot)
• Highly knowledgeable about APAC financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Cash Position, Cash Forecast and Bank reconciliation
• Skilled in overseeing bank portals, managing e-banking platforms including facilitation of KYC documentary requirements, Bank disbursement cut-offs.

• Hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Location: BGC Taguig
• Flexibility is expected to cater to business needs. Amenable to work longer hours – closing activities
