Experience

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or sales supervision.


• FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is highly preferred.


• At least 3 years' experience in sales and distribution management is commonly preferred.


• Experience in General Trade and/or Key Accounts is an advantage. 

Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills. 


• Sales planning and territory management. 


• Negotiation and relationship-building skills. 


• Analytical and reporting skills.
