Educational Requirement:

Atleast 2nd year College undergraduate
Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
Associate's Degree (2yrs.)
College Graduate

Work Experience:

1. Atleast 2-4 years workforce management experience

2. preferred has WFM tools knowledge; knowledge in service adherence models

Must have: Excel skills (rating of atleast 6-7 out of 10)
