Urgent Hiring: Accounting Head

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensures compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Presents financial reports to the COO.
• Monitors budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Oversees the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Manages the cash flow to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
• Ensures compliance with all tax regulations at the local, state, and federal level
• Conducts financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluates investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provides insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Leads and develops a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Sets performance goals, provides feedback, and facilitates professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, preferably CPA
• with 6 years of relevant working experience in Accounting and Finance
• with 3 years of experience in Managerial role
• knowledgeable in Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Budget and Forecasting
• willing to work onsite in Gen. Trias, Cavite
