Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig with the role of Authorizations Officer.

In this role you will handle credit card voice authorization requirements from EWB Stores, merchants, and other credit card acquirers in a swift and accurate manner. You will also process, within TAT, all transaction earmarking requests from authorized units of the Bank.

What the role will entail

• Maintain the service level at an acceptable rate while handling calls from EWB Stores, accredited merchants, acquiring banks, Visa and Mastercard
• Manage the queue and minimize abandon rate by quickly and efficiently answering calls
• Appropriately check completeness and accuracy of all BT/IC/PL requests then earmark in ASCCEND
• Practice accuracy and carefulness in all given tasks and mitigate errors to an acceptable rate

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree holder from a College/University
• At least 2 years experience in the credit card business, particularly in credit fraud, customer service, or merchant servicing; and has understanding of the different segments of the business
• Proven ability to handle multi tasks or projects simultaneously. Above satisfactory problem resolution skills. Computer literate. Patient and trustworthy
