We are hiring for the role of "Business Development Manager" for the well known TVS SCS MNC Company , position based at Delhi/Gurugram/Chennai.
Location Chennai / Delhi / Gurgaon
Experience - 8 - 12 experience of handling Telecom Sector & Supply chain Management
Job Profile- AGM or DGM
Qualification Graduate / Master Degree (MBA)
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development - prospect development and achieving sales target.
- Develop business plans and long term and short term strategies for penetrating into new markets and accounts.
- AOP and revenue plan.
- Responsible for outstanding payment collections for accounts.
- Identifying and addressing issues and bottle necks to ensure timely payment collection.
- Have in credit of streamlining payments of various telecom accounts and realizing payments collection within 45/30 days, even collection improved to surpass TAT.
- Customer profiling and business forecasts to ensure continuous availability of business.
- Customer encirclement by adding all business opportunities available with customer with TVS telecom/ LSL and with other group companies.
- Interact and proactively understand customer's requirements, working with solution team for customized solution/ offer and translate it into business.
- Responsible to increase the customer base and build strong relationships with customers.
- Ensuring the overall target accomplishments and customer satisfaction index.
- Regular meetings with customers for add on business, relationship management and to resolve deployment/ operational issues.
- Costing, quote submissions and price negotiations.
- Must be exp in Telecom Tower Industry.
