[URGENT!] Senior Sales Coach-Taguig | Project-based

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain framework and implement training programs, modules and materials on sales in accordance with the program standards.
• Provide foundation skills training on sales including communication and continuous development program for sales.
• Create scripts, spiels and rebuttals templates for utilization of sales agents including appropriates sales pitches for different scenarios.
• Providing effective coaching methodology for sales conversion
• Assess training needs, adopt learning styles and develop most effective approaches to deal with client’s needs.
• Understands sales encounters and determine effective approaches to overcome challenges and maximize opportunities.
• Take in other tasks or projects as may be delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or college degree in any field is preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same role is a must
• Comprehensive experience in handling Sales programs is required
• Analytical
• Results-oriented
• Process-oriented
• Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment
• Must be amenable to work in either BGC or McKinley, Taguig
• Willing to be extended or absorbed for regular employment if needed
