US Automotive Service Support (Hybrid) | ZR_934_JOB

One of our amazing US-based automotive clients needs an extra pair of hands (and a sharp mind) to support their busy service team. If you love cars, thrive on multitasking, and can bring calm to a fast-moving day, this one’s for you.
  

• You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero for two Service Advisors—fielding calls, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure customers feel heard and valued, even before they step into the shop.
  

• Answer and make phone calls with clients, warranty providers, and parts suppliers.
  
• Handle back-office tasks to keep service operations smooth.
  
• Provide basic virtual assistant support to the team.
  
• Prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
  
• Use tools like Steer, Slack, AutoFlow, and Tekmetric (bonus if you already know them!).
  

Requirements

• You know your way around basic car repairs or servicing (enough to hold your own in a conversation)
  
• You’re friendly, professional, and clear when you speak and write
  
• You stay calm and organized, even when things get busy
  
• You follow through on tasks and take initiative without waiting for a nudge
  

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (or 2+ years in customer service, automotive preferred).
  
• Comfortable juggling calls, admin, and team requests.
  
• Exposure to automotive software is a plus.
  

• Support the Service Advisors so they can focus on helping customers.
  
• Keep the back-office running without a hitch.
  
• Contribute to a smooth, professional customer experience.
  

• Quality and speed of your support.

• Accuracy in following procedures and completing tasks.
  

• Monday to Friday ; Night-shift.
  
• Hybrid setup from our Eastwood City, QC office (some work-from-home days).
