US Clinic Coordinator - Spanish Speaking (Onsite)

In this role, you'll be responsible for speaking with Spanish-speaking patients, verifying benefits, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and managing the EMR.

Site Location:

• Davao Site - 4F & 5F, La Cima Building, JLN, 2, Palma Gil St, Poblacion District, Davao City

• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
• BPO experience in a healthcare account is a must
• Experience working virtually for a Private Clinic/Hospital in the US is preferred
• Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
• Experience handling EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation process, and do inbound/outbound calling is a must
• Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to work onsite
