About Our Client

Our client, founded in 2020 in California, specializes in placing skilled professionals where they can thrive and succeed. They are committed to connecting the right talent with the right business, ensuring long-term value for both clients and candidates. Leveraging a proprietary search system and a robust candidate network, they efficiently identify high-quality individuals who align with each company’s needs and work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles


• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks


• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit


• Verify candidate credentials including licenses, certifications, and work history


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers


• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)


• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients


• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and submit qualified candidates on time


• Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compliance, and hiring requirements


• Assist with offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

• At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience in US healthcare industry


• Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements


• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools


• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate management skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills


• Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
