US Healthcare Recruitment - Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives to contribute to generating clients for our healthcare staffing solutions . You will be responsible for generating leads closing recruitment partnerships over the phone and video and maintaining good customer relationships .

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have s uperior people skills . They must be comfortable presenting staffing and recruitment solutions over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to drive FIND HealthCareers by bringing in new clients such as healthcare networks, and care agencies as well as facilities such as independent living, group homes and assisted living and developing business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analysis of healthcare markets, create and maintain target lists of potential clients
  • Contact potential or existing decision-makers to inform them about staffing services
  • Performing requirements analysis’ to precisely understand customer requirements
  • Pitch our solutions to potential clients and create and close staffing agreements
  • Work in tandem with our recruiters to precisely match candidates to job requirements
  • Direct prospects to key account executives when needed
  • Handle objections to positively manage the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive, especially in a staffing agency catering to US markets
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different markets, focused on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionals
  • Exceptional knowledge of English is essential
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS
  • Solid experience using the Google G-Suite as well as softphones such as GoTo Voice
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • BSc/BA will be a plus
