US HR Associate

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an HR ASSOCIATE!

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Graveyard Shift; Office-based Setup 

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HR records such as résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
• Issue employment contracts and ensure all requirements are completed.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Explain employee benefits and address HR-related inquiries.
• Assist with the distribution of training materials.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

• Willing to work US shifts
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
• At least 1 year of HR experience
• Experience with travel agencies (bookings/visa processing) is a plus
• Proficient with office software, databases, and email systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and advanced knowledge of employment law
• Must be driven, highly conscientious, and detail-oriented

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly basic salary of 25,000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000
• Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
