Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounting Associate to manage daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and support
closing activities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in
QuickBooks Online, and the ability to maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation. This role is
critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the
organization.
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Prepare account schedules and internal financial reports
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation
• Collaborate with the U.S. accounting team to resolve discrepancies or documentation issues
• Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
• Experience with U.S. clients and QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Shopify is a plus
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and availability during partial or full U.S. business hours
Additional Job Details :
Set-up and Location: Onsite- Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga and Cebu; with possibility of Hybrid
Work Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM AEST (05:00 AM - 02:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
