US Ophthalmology Clinic Coordinator (Onsite)

Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying benefits, answering inbound calls, following up on appointment calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and managing EMR in an Ophthalmology Clinic in the United States.

Site Location:

• Davao Site - 4F & 5F, La Cima Building, JLN, 2, Palma Gil St, Poblacion District, Davao City

• Must have experience working with US-based clinics and physicians, specifically Ophthalmology
• Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
• Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!
• Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to work onsite
