Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Payroll Specialist with Insight, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and providing support for payroll-related inquiries. Along the way, you will also be assigned to work with other Departments to review their processes in reporting of spiffs, bonus pays, salaries, shall spot calculate to ensure data received by them is correct before importing.

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Michelle Hansen, Payroll Manager.

Michelle is based in Arizona and leads one Payroll & Benefits Staff.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will get to:

• Respond to payroll inquiries regarding salaries, wages, deductions and benefits and tactfully address complaints and make payroll adjustments as needed.
• Complete appropriate changes to employee direct deposits, tax changes, benefit changes, etc.; investigate questionable forms prior to processing.
• Handle payroll cycle steps for all employee changes such as terminations, transfers, promotions, rehires, new hires, leave of absence, and state moves.

We are looking for a with:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience processing US Payroll. Understanding US laws and regulations.
• Experience in Excel
• Must be able to handle employee issues in a professional and timely manner.  Accuracy is a must.
