The ideal candidate will have a background in US payroll processing and a deep understanding of US payroll laws and regulations. As a Payroll Specialist I, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and providing support for payroll-related inquiries.\n\nAs a Payroll Specialist you will: \n \n\n\n * Processes bi\u2011weekly/semi-monthly payroll for US employees\n * Applies pay changes (salary updates, bonuses, commissions, overtime, deductions)\n * Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws\n * Reviews payroll reports for accuracy, discrepancies, and audit readiness\n * Provide accurate and timely responses to payroll-related inquiries received via the payroll inbox\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) \n * Minimum 1 - 2 years\u2019 experience processing US Payroll. Understanding US laws and regulations. \n * Experience with US payroll administration, tax and/or garnishments preferred. \n * Demonstrated ability working in a deadline orientated environment \n * Must be able to handle employee issues in a professional and timely manner.
