US Recruiter (Night Shift) | with 15K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct virtual interviews for potential candidates, assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
• Handle heavy data entry, including profiling, reviewing documentation, and sorting and maintaining recruitment files.
• Answer and make inbound/outbound calls related to recruitment, providing information and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
• Lead and facilitate disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct termination hearings in accordance with company policies, ensuring fair and consistent procedures.

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience or BPO experience (Voice account)

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willing to work on-site in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
