US Recruitment Specialist | Hybrid

Job Title: US Recruitment Specialist

Work Location: Robinsons Cyber Sigma Bldg., McKinley West, Taguig - (Hybrid, 4 days Onsite) 

Work Schedule: 12:00am to 9:00am (Fixed Weekends OFF)

Responsibilities:

• The US Recruiter will be tasked to source for qualified candidates in a high-volume, online-based, centralized recruiting environment.


• Collaborating with Staffing Managers in various recruiting functions such as resume sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling applicant interviews, conducting job offers and administering onboarding/hire paperwork.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills


• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  


• Excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills.     
  


• Must be amenable to work on Night Shift in a Hybrid setup
