Job Title: US Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing, Construction & Light Industrial Background)

• Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH)


• Location: McKinley West, Taguig City


• Schedule: Night Shift / US Hours (PST, CST, MST)


• Note: The working arrangement includes one month of onsite training, followed by a 3:2 hybrid setup, with the potential to transition to a fully remote setup depending on the employee's performance.

Overview:

As a US Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates in a high-volume, online-based, and centralized recruiting environment, focusing on the Manufacturing, Construction, and Light Industrial sectors. This role involves close collaboration with Staffing Managers and includes key responsibilities such as resume sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, extending job offers, and assisting with onboarding and hire documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Construction, and Light Industrial sectors.


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  


• Excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills.


• Should have own equipment with strong and stable internet connection.
  


• Must be amenable to work on US Hours / Night Shift.
