This position is responsible for supervising a team of USRNs in delivering accurate and high-quality clinical support and services for healthcare clients. The role involves performance management, training, coaching, quality control, and ensuring adherence to compliance and SLA standards within a BPO setting.

Shift: Night Shift
Set-up: Onsite
Start Date: June / ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of USRNs handling clinical processes such as utilization management, case management, prior authorizations, appeals, or claims review.
- Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs, including quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, client policies, and clinical guidelines.
- Review and audit clinical decisions to ensure accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Requirements:
- Active USRN license from any state
- At least one (1) year of experience in ER and/or ICU
- With leadership/supervisory background gained either in a clinical or BPO setting.
