Job Description:
A physically fit, detailed-oriented, hard-working and trustworthy to perform various cleaning duties as required by the President, Sales Director and Managers. Ultimately, with an outstanding and able to do multitask work as well as demonstrated exceptional cleaning, communication, and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking verbal and written instructions from the company President, Sales Director and Managers.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris and dust from floors and other surfaces.
- Wiping down kitchen appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease and grime.
- Regularly emptying wastebaskets / trash bins and disposing of all rubbish.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day.
Performing basic office chores such as but not limited to:
- Prepare and make coffee for the bosses;
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen, utensils and silverware.
- Washing, drying and putting away dishes.
- Sort, count, and mark clean linens, and store them in linen closets.
- Disinfect equipment, and other supplies using steamed-operated sterilizers.
- Observe precautions required by the company to protect staff properly.
Others:
Work as a team with other utility and staffs.
Coordinating office work to get the best possible job done as quickly as possible.
Communicate work related concerns to the Human Resources department or Account Executive.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company practices.
