We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX/UI Designer Lead to spearhead our new UX/UI initiatives in a lean, agile environment.

• Leading the UX/UI design efforts, contributing significantly to the establishment and execution of critical design strategies that align with their business objectives.
• Conducting comprehensive user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs. Use these insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Integrating visual design elements with user experience considerations across various development projects, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience.
• Seamlessly juggle multiple responsibilities, from user research to design execution, maintaining a balance between strategic vision and hands-on work.
• Working within an agile framework, participating in weekly sprints to deliver iterative design improvements and updates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.

As a UX/UI Designer Lead, you need to have

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Has a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Working Hours:  This part-time role requires at least 4 hours per day, between 3 PM and 12 AM Philippine Time. We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and craft outstanding user experiences for our clients. Your role will encompass the complete design process, including user research, prototyping, and final UI design.

If you have a strong proficiency in UX/UI design and a keen eye for creating seamless user experiences, then this job is for YOU. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for:

Conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs and pain points.

Developing user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.

Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Ensuring UI design adheres to best practices for usability and accessibility.

Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure designs can be translated into functional websites and applications.

As a UX/UI Designer, you need to have:

At Least Three (3) Years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

With a Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

You Must have a solid portfolio to share

Working Hours:

This part-time role requires at least 4 hours per day, between 6 AM and 3 PM Philippine Time.
