VA Training Specialist

Your Role:

As a Training Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills to excel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Hosting virtual training sessions via Zoom, covering topics like policies, tools, and industry best practices. Be prepared to present on camera for 50-70% of your workday.
• Leading onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they’re prepared for their roles and evaluating their readiness for the next steps.
• Providing one-on-one and group training on advanced topics such as email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.
• Creating and refine training materials tailored to the needs of the team.
• Partnering with leadership to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for continuous development.

What We’re Looking For:

We value professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about training and development.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Training experience or similar roles.
• 1-2 years of virtual assistance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in at least two areas: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others through effective coaching.
• Familiarity with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
• Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Technical Requirements:

• A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps.
