Venture Builder (Web3)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and visionary Venture Builder to create, incubate, and scale new ventures. The ideal candidate will combine startup-building expertise with a strong understanding of business and token economics, product design and development, and the evolving Web3 ecosystem. This role requires the ability to identify emerging opportunities, validate business models, and lead ventures from ideation to market traction. A strong emphasis will be placed on user-centered design and agile development to deliver exceptional products that not only function seamlessly but also delight users.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and launch innovative ventures within the Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 2 solutions, GameFi, etc.).
• Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify trends, white spaces, and opportunities in blockchain and decentralized technologies.
• Design and test new business models, including token economics, incentive structures, and governance frameworks.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, marketers, and community builders.
• Interface with investors, VCs, exchanges, and ecosystem partners to accelerate venture growth.
• Leverage strong product development and design capabilities to build user-friendly, scalable, and visually appealing digital products, ensuring seamless UX across all stages of development
• Ensure compliance with evolving Web3 regulatory and security standards.
• Drive ventures through the full lifecycle: ideation → MVP → fundraising → scaling.
• Mentor founders and intrapreneurs on Web3 best practices and growth strategies.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record in startup building, entrepreneurship, or venture capital.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized applications.
• Experience working with Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or other Web3 platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move from conceptual strategy to hands-on execution.
• Hands-on experience in product design and development, with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centric digital products.
• Excellent leadership, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
