Position Title: Video Editor
Work Set -up: Hybrid (2x onsite, Tuesday and Thursday at the main office)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000

Key Responsibilities
•Edit high -quality video content, including short -form, long -form, and repurposed formats
•Create engaging motion graphics, text animations, and branded visuals using Adobe
After Effects
•Produce IG reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube shorts for Boomering’s social,
recruitment, and campaign channels
•Support internal marketing campaigns by editing video content for paid ads, website, and
email
•Work closely with the Creative Marketing team members to align video visuals with
graphic design and brand style
•Collaborate with the Content & Strategy Specialist and Senior Digital Marketing
Specialist to follow scripts, messaging, and campaign objectives
•Organise and manage raw footage, project files, and video assets in a clear and accessible
system
•Suggest creative ways to bring stories to life using pacing, cuts, music, text overlays, and
effects
•Stay updated on video and platform trends especially for LinkedIn, Instagram, and
TikTok
•Ensure final exports meet the specifications and standards required for different platforms
and devices
•Support internal culture and recruitment content by editing staff highlights, behind -the -
scenes, or celebration videos

Required Qualifications
•2+ years experience in video editing and motion graphics for marketing, branding, or
content production
•Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Capcut (mandatory)
•Strong portfolio of work across short -form videos, IG reels/TikTok videos, brand explainers, and/or animated text pieces
•Comfortable editing within brand guidelines while still bringing creative flair
•Familiar with platform -specific specs and best practices for LinkedIn, Facebook,
Instagram, and TikTok
•Able to interpret scripts, visual references, and creative briefs to deliver clear, engaging
videos
•Detail -oriented with strong time management; able to handle multiple projects and tight
deadlines
•Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with designers, marketers, and copywriters
•Basic understanding of video compression, aspect ratios, colour grading, and audio
balancing
•Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Design, or a related field is preferred

Bonus (Nice -to -haves)
•Experience in creating recruitment content, culture videos, or testimonial edits
•Knowledge and skills in film -making, videography, and photography
