Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor, ideally within e-commerce, performance marketing, or social-first content environments.
• Advanced proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools for video and static content creation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight production schedules.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to operate independently and consistently meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a high level of responsiveness.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit short-form e-commerce video content (30 seconds to 2 minutes) based on clearly defined creative briefs and brand standards.
• Accurately interpret creative direction and execute video edits that align with brand tone, visual identity, and performance goals.
• Manage multiple video deliverables concurrently while meeting defined timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the creative team, providing timely progress updates and flagging potential issues early.
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards for storytelling, pacing, visual cohesion, and messaging.
• Utilize internal tools to track time, task completion, and project status efficiently.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve production workflows and output quality.
