Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Video Editor with at least 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably working with Australian, US, UK, or other Western brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has exceptional technical editing skills, and understands how to create content that performs across multiple digital platforms.
You will be responsible for editing a wide range of marketing videos, social media content, paid advertisements, promotional videos, podcasts, and branded campaigns. Beyond creating visually engaging content, you'll be expected to deliver polished edits with professional audio, colour grading, motion graphics, and strong attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and video podcasts with high-quality audio and video standards.
- Create engaging edits using storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects.
- Follow creative briefs while maintaining each client's brand style and messaging.
- Organise project files, manage revisions, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine content and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus.
- Extensive experience editing short-form vertical content for digital platforms.
- Experience editing video podcasts, ensuring excellent audio and video quality.
- Experience incorporating graphics, captions, text overlays, motion graphics, and animations into video content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

- Minimum 16GB RAM workstation (32GB preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
- No shared workspace during working hours
- Professional headset and webcam for meetings
