With a waitlist growing by the day, Athena has already showcased compelling demand. The Video Producer will be responsible for developing video materials. This encompasses creating video concepts, conducting interviews, storyboarding, and overseeing the entire video production process—from pre-production meetings to storyboarding, directing, editing, and archiving.

High-level Responsibilities

As the Video Producer at Athena, your role revolves around creating captivating multimedia content that embodies our company values. This involves crafting engaging stories showcasing our capabilities, culture, events, and other initiatives while ensuring alignment with Athena's brand ethos. Your responsibilities extend to upholding our brand identity across all multimedia outputs, overseeing the entire production process, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering innovative approaches that enhance our multimedia presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure content aligns seamlessly with our strategic initiatives and brand guidelines. The specific handling of client-facing and employee brand projects/initiatives will be at the discretion of the manager, leveraging your expertise and the project's strategic needs.

Specific Responsibilities

You'll spearhead projects from initial concept, pre-production, production to post-production / final delivery. Your role involves crafting video content to create compelling narratives that remain consistent with our brand standards. Additionally, producing animations to enhance static content will be part of your creative responsibility.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams. This involves producing high-quality motion graphics, audio-visual presentations, live action videos, and screencast videos tailored to stakeholders' needs.

Specifically, your duties include leading the development of video materials. This encompasses creating video concepts, conducting interviews, storyboarding, and overseeing the entire video production process—from pre-production meetings to storyboarding, directing, editing, and archiving.

Your expertise in video and audio editing will ensure that our content meets the highest quality standards and effectively communicates the intended message to our target audiences.

About You

• You have 4+ years of relevant experience.

• You have a structured design process with a history of successful outcomes.

• You have great aesthetic sense and a strong attention to detail.

• You have experience designing across many mediums and have a strong portfolio to prove it.

• You’ve dabbled in full video production and have experience with motion graphics, animation, or special effects.

• You’re highly experienced in working with digital editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc).

• You’re an excellent communicator and can explain the rationale behind the decisions you make with your video projects.

• You are a strong collaborator that seeks partnership across the business.

• You’re organized and can balance multiple projects without missing deadlines.

• You’re a builder. You’re naturally curious and get excited about navigating ambiguity to create something new and never done before.

• You’re passionate about embodying the company’s mission, vision and values in the designs you create.

• You’re passionate about productivity and self-improvement and have experience designing for a brand with a similar audience or prestige.
