Job Description - Virtual Admin Assistant (US Based Client)

Salary: Php 40,000 to 60,000
Work Setup: Onsite for 2 weeks, followed by a transition to a work from home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Eastern Timezone)
Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110

Position Overview:
The primary function of the role would involve providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This entails a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at assisting the CEO in the efficient and effective execution of their duties. Tasks may include but are not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and undertaking various administrative functions. Additionally, the role may require collaborating with other departments and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication channels, and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the executive office. In essence, the position is pivotal in facilitating the CEO's workflow and enhancing organizational productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Managing schedules
    • Responding to emails
    • Helping with calendar
    • Travel assistance
    • Other misc admin duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related field
  • Atleast 5 years of experience as a Virtual Admin Assistant
  • Handled a US based client is a must.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during onboarding period.
