We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing business with a strong focus on CRM management, project coordination, sales support, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple moving parts—from inbound and outbound sales calls to inventory tracking and social media coordination.
If you are familiar with tools like GoHighLevel, GoodShuffle Pro, and AI platforms, and have experience juggling admin, client interaction, and operational duties, we’d love to work with you.
Handle inbound client calls, inquiries, and messages with professionalism
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up with leads when necessary
Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal teams
Use GoHighLevel to manage client workflows, marketing campaigns, and lead tracking
Operate within GoodShuffle Pro to manage bookings, inventory, and client orders
Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables for ongoing projects
Track status updates and ensure tasks are completed on time
Manage the business owner’s inbox, calendar, and schedule
Assist with document preparation, basic reporting, and process tracking
Capture and relay relevant client or team updates between departments
Support social media management (scheduling posts, engagement, etc.)
Leverage AI tools for automation, research, or basic content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper)
Suggest ways to streamline processes using automation or technology
Monitor and update inventory levels via GoodShuffle Pro
Assist with restocking planning, logistics, and availability tracking
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Coordinator
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and GoodShuffle Pro (required)
Strong communication skills – written and verbal (English)
Confidence in handling sales and client interaction over the phone
Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRMs, AI tools, and online collaboration platforms
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
Experience in inventory tracking or event-based operations
