Virtual Assistant (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Conduct online research on potential candidates and sort through job applications
• Schedule interviews and communicate with potential candidates via email
• Update and maintain our database of potential candidates
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation
• Research industry trends and developments to stay up-to-date on marketing and advertising techniques
• Attend virtual meetings and take meeting minutes
• Conduct other administrative support duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing principles
• Ability to work independently and in a team
