Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation and Research and Development

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various online platforms (LinkedIn, social media, industry-specific websites, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage and track lead interactions and status.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Research & Development

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Gather and analyze data on consumer preferences, behaviors, and demographics.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies based on research findings.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s business.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall function of the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in lead generation and research.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
