We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Virtual Assistant to support key business functions across sales enablement, marketing coordination, and executive operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in executive assistance, sales/marketing support, and a familiarity with the technology or cybersecurity industry.

• Proven background in executive assistance, sales support, or marketing coordination roles.
• Preferred: Experience in IT, tech, or cybersecurity environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with vulnerability management or similar cybersecurity solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in creating client-facing presentations and documents.
• Experience collaborating with external freelancers or agencies is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

• Professionalism: You will often interact with clients—polished communication and presentation are key.
• Tech Fluency: High comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft PowerPoint, and tools like HubSpot.
• Strong Communication: Impeccable written and spoken English; capable of distilling complex ideas into simple messages.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant oversight.
