Job Roles:•Respond to e-mails and manage phone calls•Prepare and organize database, systems, and reports•Handle confidential employer and client information•Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients•Handle additional tasks depending on clients’ needsQualifications:•Must be within 18-39 years old•At least HS/SHS Grad•Must have 2-3 years relevant work experience in a Sales account •Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings•Must have strong written and verbal communication skills•Keen to detail with a high level of accuracy•Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift•Must have a strong customer service orientation•Must be fully vaccinated•Earn as much as PHP35K monthly•Willing to be relocated to Mandaue City, Cebu
