Virtual Marketing Assistant (US Based Client)

Work Setup: Onsite for 4 weeks, followed by a transition to a hybrid setup (Once a week onsite)
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Pacific Timezone)
Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Posting reviews to the client's properties page and our personal profiles in a format-friendly manner.
• Generating engaging social media post ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Creating visually appealing and interesting posts for pending/sold/new listings, etc.
• Producing reels/videos from raw materials provided.
• Developing a local newsletter or occasional emails for our audience, including topics such as yard sales, farmers markets, local water parks, and seasonal tips (e.g., cleaning out sprinklers in the fall)
• Managing command mailers farming, live, listing, etc.
• Sending open house to brokers.
• Calling paid leads.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a US Virtual Assistant
• Background in marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content
• Experience in real estate is highly preferred.
